Sea Breeze Suites

Sea Breeze Suites is a 24 unit, 4 story boutique hotel. All rooms have a full kitchen, either 2 queens or 1 king size bed. It is a quiet laid back hotel with full balconies and beautiful gulf and channel views.

All rates double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.

Children 2 and under are free, each additional person is $7.50 per night.
$40.00 pet fee.

Check out time is 11:00am, check in time is 4:00pm
If you anticipate arriving after 5:00 pm please give us a call and let us know
what time you plan to arrive so that we can better accommodate you.

Minimum 3 day stay for holidays at $159.00.

A deposit equal to one night's room stay is required for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy:
A $10.00 Administrative Fee will be charged if more than 48 hours notice is given of cancellation. Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation incurs a charge equal to one night's stay.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Traveler's Checks accepted.

If you anticipate arriving after 5:00 pm please give us a call and let us know
what time you plan to arrive so that we can better accommodate you.
Office hours are 9:00am till 5:00pm CST.
